The region is inhabitants by Gurung people. Tsum Valley Trek is a moderate hike that can be accomplished by any reasonable walker willing to walk for 4-5 hours per day. It takes 19 days to complete the whole trek.The best time for this trekking are march, april is your free as well as last day at Kathmandu. At Kathmandu you can do shopping, visit to some place, or just rest and remember dopla.
